About The Role:


This role will work closely with the CEO to set quarterly revenue goals and then build a well-rounded strategy to meet them. It will also involve working with the rest of our leadership team to leverage both existing and new offerings in order to better serve potential clients. A proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets and building successful sales teams is essential. 

Core Objectives:

  1. Hit quarterly revenue targets.
  2. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, qualify leads, and manage the sales process.
  3. Grow our client base across key industries of interest within North American market.
  4. Create and deliver project proposals to potential clients. 
  5. Attract, lead, and manage a sales team to better reach our revenue targets. 
  6. Establish relationships with key contacts in order to increase referrals.
  7. Work with leadership team to identify new offerings in order to increase revenue opportunities.

You're organized. You need to be able work with our tools and processes in order to gather data, track leads, and effectively handoff to our accounts team.

You're a problem solver. You're able to help people think about their problems and find a solution. This could be a client's problem or someone on your team.

You're committed to self awareness. You are working at identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and blindspots. You are open to feedback and growth.


Requirements:

  1. 3+ years in sales leadership;
  2. Comfortable working with most reputable CRMs;
  3. Experience selling to large companies;
  4. Existing network of contacts;
