Renga is looking to hire a Web Designer to oversee and help deliver on the UX/UI of website and product design work. Many of our clients are looking for innovative ways for their brand to reach the right people, we’re looking for someone who sees the world through user experience and creative design. You will be working closely with our team of strategists and designers to make our brand process come alive through digital experiences.
This is a role for someone who understands client work and deadlines. Agency experience is preferred, as we often work on projects as a team.
- Experience designing responsive websites
- Experience in designing web component libraries
- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow and After Effects
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Open to collaborating with strategists, designers and developers to build the brand vision
- Understanding of best practices for development hand off
- General understanding of the front-end development process
- Excellent communication skills to walkthrough clients on reasoning behind UX/UI decisions

About the Job
A Web Designer at Renga is someone who can’t help but think and obsess over websites and apps. Best part, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into multiple projects from various sectors. Your role will involve working closely with our VP of Design and Senior Designers to ensure proper research, strategy, and design are applied to our web and app based projects. Day to day you will be building out sitemaps, wireframes, process flows, prototypes, and all other necessary design elements for the user experience.
Here’s a few examples of experience design we’ve been working on lately to give you an idea of what you might be doing:
- Conceptualizing and designing of a P2P digital cash app.
- Full web redesign of a high traffic DTC brand.
- Email sign up page mockups for startups gathering funding for their product launch.
- Designing landing pages for specific social marketing campaigns.
Obviously this is just a small sampling. We’ve got some really exciting client work coming up that we think you’ll enjoy.
